To begin with, I have to say that I am a bit confused. How does one person go from losing 7lbs., to gaining .8oz? I am sure some would argue that it's a good thing, but I'm not so sure. I did mostly the same thing as last week, but this time it did not have an effect on my body. I wasn't expecting to hit a plateau so soon! Maybe it's muscle, I don't know. So what am I going to do..............
I have no choice, but to work harder. I have spent my Sunday afternoon researching "How to Lose Belly Fat". When you want something so bad, you are willing to try everything. I know there are weight loss supplements that could probably help me with this, but that will be my last resort, when all else fails.
I am going to try something and I want you all to join me. I am going to get rid of the following things and see if I notice any changes in my belly. First, I am going to cut out Sugar, Salt and High Fatty Foods. Then, I am going to consume smaller portions and drink more water. Lastly, I am going to double up on core training and try my best to go to bed early. I honestly thought I was doing these things already, except on the weekends. I guess I need to eat cleaner on the weekends. (Shrugs)
The articles I read also stated that those that drink alcohol, should cut back on that as well. If you're stressed, try going for a walk and make your mind a No Stress Zone. Workout at least 3 days a week and also focus on your abdominal muscles 3x a week and try to take 10,000 steps a day! Sounds like a lot of walking, I need to find my pedometer.
Soooo, we need to eat fresh fruits and veggies, and get enough Vitamin C and Calcium, like the doctors tell us to do and say bye bye to this belly fat.
Don't forget to take pictures and let's see if there is any truth to this. Until next time....
