Hey there! Sorry to keep you all waiting for so long. Every time I started to type, I fell asleep at the computer. I need to find a better time to do this instead of 10p.m.
Last week was another setback. My body began to feel weak and I have a cold. Since I was feeling this way, I did not want to do ANYTHING! I went from work to home and didn't move. Every morning I woke up, I felt bloated and still tired. I was looking forward to making it to Saturdays workout. Well, that didn't happen. Another annoying thing I began to notice, were little bumps showing up on my face. Like, OMG! Where did you come from?! Could I have eating too much sugar, salt and fat? I am very particular about my face, because I love taking selfies, with no makeup and being pimple free. :-)
After the breakout, I had to come up with another plan. I want to start over. Meaning, do another cleanse. I was looking into doing the Squeezed Detox, but just the thought of paying $105 for a 3-day detox, doesn't sit well with me. However, everything is already prepared! All you have to do is grab and go, so paying for ease and convenience doesn't sound like a bad idea. Or, I could just do the Lemonade cleanse again. This time it will only be for 3-5 days. I feel something drastic is needed in order to change my taste palate. Before doing that.....
I have been giving a lot of thought to becoming full vegetarian, but that seafood have a hold on me right now. LOL! I am slowly transitioning. For now, I will stick to being pescatarian! I have given up meat fully, that was easy. Next, I am going to tackle dairy, since it is produced by those Cows. No more Cheese! Oh Please! As you can see, this may be a slight struggle for me.
So, what could I do, that would be drastic enough to change my palate? I am going to EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!! Last time, I didn't go through with it, which made me feel like I didn't give my body a chance to be reconditioned. Now, I do not have an excuse. The veggies are bought and are taking up my whole refrigerator. I have to eat them, this week! Praying my face will be flawless again!
As far as everything else, I AM going to restart the "Ripped in 30" , Zumba has helped my legs and arms, but this stomach just may need some almighty crunches to make it disappear. Lol! I searched my closet tote after tote and then I saw it, "Hallelujah" the remote control for my DVD player was found!!! I've also uploaded the photos, that I could not upload a couple of weeks ago of the food that I have eaten.
